One of our projects was the completion of a Travelodge Hotel built above an existing Iceland shop in Fulham (North End Rd) in record time of only 9 months which we were full time Project Director’s for the overall management of the site. Demolition of existing structure above a LIVE ICELAND SHOP which remained open throughout & then we constructed a steel frame over with foundation pad footings, Metsec Frame, external render (STO) & brickslips, internal bathroom pods, all internal mechanical & electrical and plant-room design & installation, waterproof roofing membrane, solar panels on the roof, internal painting & decorating, landscaping.
With our offices based within the Essex area near KEY ROUTES of: A13, A128 & A127 & M25 (North & Southside), we are able to cover all areas of Inner & Outer London and the Home Counties for our clients. Other areas with in UK are also covered.
